2023 Fund Directors Conference

CLE/CPE Credit

October 11–13 • Chicago, IL

Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Credit

This program should qualify for approximately 6.0 hours of CLE credit, depending on individual state requirements. ICI is an accredited course provider for California and Pennsylvania and will seek CLE approval from Illinois, Missouri, and Ohio. Because credit requirements vary by state and are governed by different regulatory agencies, please contact your governing body to learn if this program meets your individual requirements and if reciprocity is applicable. If you have any questions regarding administrative policies or CLE credit, please email CLE@ici.org.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credit

Upon completion of this program, participants may be eligible for up to 10.5 hours of CPE credit. ICI is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

Attendance

Due to NASBA recordkeeping requirements, please be sure to scan your name badge when you enter and exit each conference session. Self-scan kiosks will be available outside the meeting rooms. Information collected by this process is used by ICI and will not be shared with any other organization for any purpose other than NASBA-required audits. Late arrivals, early departures, and taking extended breaks may result in not receiving full credit. CPE certificates will be emailed to you four to six weeks after the conference.

If you have any questions regarding administrative policies or CPE credit, please contact Judy Lee at 202-218-3575 or CPE@ici.org.

Financial Aid Policy

ICI will make full or partial scholarships available for Institute conferences to lawyers and law students experiencing financial hardships. Under this policy, a financial hardship is defined as annual income of $35,000 or less.

No income: 100 percent discount
Income below $35,000: 50 percent discount
Income above $35,000: No discount

To apply for financial aid, please submit a completed registration form, along with a letter stating your interest in attending the specific program. ICI will review the submitted materials and inform you whether you have been approved for financial aid.
